1. Subject and Scope – These general terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms & conditions”) apply to all orders placed on the website of the company punk2luxe, located at Planches 21, 2016 Cortaillod (hereinafter the “Company”). By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) unreservedly accepts these terms & conditions.
2. Price and Payment – The prices of the products sold on the Company’s website are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF)  and include the applicable VAT. Payment for the products is made by credit card or bank transfer. Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment.
3. Delivery – The Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to postal or transport services.
4. Returns and Refunds – The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return the products if he is not satisfied. The products must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by the delivery note if received with the order. The Company undertakes to reimburse the Customer as soon as possible once the product is received back. The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer.
